On this particular contents page, I personally think that it is being represented in a formal and exciting way due to the amount of imagery that is contained within it. The one large image and the accompanying five smaller images are all key ways in which the contents page appears friendly and formal. The colours are all varied going from blues to reds and everything in between which keeps the readers attention as they don't get bored by a simple plain page. The images all have cover lines and page reference numbers contained within them or close by which informs the consumer that they are all related to different stories and where to actually find the stories if you wish to do so.
All the article names are listed down the right hand side of the page and are in colours that connotate danger which is the yellow and black colours. The colours stand out off the background which informs the consumerwhat articles are on what page.
